Foreign Professor Abulfutuh Yunus Sabri Shared His Experience in Applying AI Technologies to Language Learning

Invited professor of the Department of TSHOA (Arabic Studies), Abulfutuh Sabri Yunus (Cairo, Egypt), in line with the university's academic policy on integrating artificial intelligence technologies into education, has launched a 10-day scientific seminar titled "Effective Methods of Using Artificial Intelligence in Language Learning."

The seminar is organized within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goal "Partnership for Sustainable Development." Professor Abulfutuh Sabri Yunus highlighted the general opportunities of using AI in foreign language learning and the unique features of studying the Arabic language. He shared experiences of implementing AI in educational practices at universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

During the seminar, key questions are addressed, such as: why AI is essential for language learning, the main ways to use artificial intelligence (mobile applications, internet resources, online platforms), and the comparison between AI and human intelligence.

The scientific seminar is being held from February 10 to February 17, 2025. Faculty and students of the Department of TSHOA (Arabic Studies) at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Al-Farabi KazNU are participating. At the end of the seminar, participants will receive certificates.
