Cooperation: Experience Exchange in Science and Education

In  the modern  world, where the significance of international cooperation in education is continuously growing, experience exchange contributes to improving the quality of education and opens new opportunities for students. In this context, the teaching staff   of the Department of Turkology and Language Theory at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the lecturers of the Department of Karakalpak Language at Ajiniyaz Nukus State Pedagogical Institute (Republic of Karakalpakstan) – Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Yesbergen Yesbosynovich Allanazarov, and Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Konysbai Isakovich Bekniyazov had been  sharing  their   academic experience exchange from February 8 to February 18, 2025.
The guests participated in the lectures delivered by  Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor R.A. Avakova, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor G.B. Madieva, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Zh.K. Ibraeva, Candidate of Philological Sciences Zh.M. Umatova, PhD, Sh.T. Kudyarova, PhD, K.B. Sultanbek, senior lecturer A.U. Daulet, and other lecturers of the Department. Throughout the meetings, discussions were held on teaching methodologies and academic directions.
Students, master’s students, and doctoral candidates specializing in Turkology and Linguistics had the opportunity to engage in open discussions with Associate Professor Yesbergen Yesbosynovich Allanazarov and Associate Professor Konysbai Isakovich Bekniyazov on pressing issues in the field of Turkology.
The guests highly appreciated the lectures delivered  by the teaching staff of the Departmentand  emphasized their high professional teaching skills, the students’ active  participation and their high level of knowledge.  They also  praised the education system and the achievements in the fields of Turkology and Linguistics. The scholarship  expressed a  confidence that such collaborations will continue in the future.
This experience exchange was a significant step toward strengthening educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan which will  contribute to the academic mobility of the teaching staff,  bachelor’ degree students, master’s degree  students, and PhD students, as well as their professional development and acquisition of international experience.
