Republican round table on the topic: "Problems and ways to improve anti-corruption legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

On February 19, 2025, within the framework of SDG (16) "Peace, justice and effective institutions" and SDG (17) "Partnership for Sustainable Development", a republican round table was held at the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on the topic: "Problems and ways to improve anti-corruption legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The event was organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law.
The moderator was Yerkin Ermanovich Duissenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, First Vice-Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Doctor of Law, Professor.

- Kanat Azimbayev Salimbayev, Head of the Prevention Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty,
- Alik Zhatkambaevich Shpekbayev, former Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the round table was to discuss current issues in the field of anti-corruption legislation and to develop proposals for its improvement in the context of modern challenges.
