On February 17, 2025, students from the Tourism department (English division) visited the Kazjol Hotel in Almaty. This hotel is renowned for its high level of service and cozy atmosphere. Kazjol is located in the city center and offers its guests high-quality services and comfortable living conditions. The hotel consists of over 80 rooms of various categories, each equipped with modern furniture and all the necessary amenities for guest convenience. The students explored the hotel’s restaurants and room offerings, learning about the level of service and the variety of services provided. During the excursion, information was shared about the operation of each department of the hotel, including reception, security, housekeeping, and restaurant services.
