The Faculty of International Relations held an action in support of SDG 12

On February 20-21, the Academic regional resource center for information support about the UN at the Faculty of International Relations of al-Farabi KazNU held a Swapping Party on the second floor.

The purpose of the event is to give things a second life and organize an exchange between students, reducing consumption and waste. The campaign supported all the Sustainable Development Goals, with a special focus on SDG 12 — "Responsible consumption and production."

Such initiatives play an important role in shaping an environmentally conscious society, encouraging young people to think about the rational use of resources. The exchange of things not only reduces the negative impact on the environment but also promotes the development of a culture of conscious consumption. In addition, the event created a friendly atmosphere where students could chat, share experiences, and find useful things without having to make new purchases.

The Swapping Party was successful: students actively participated in the exchange and showed great interest in the concept of reasonable consumption, which indicates the high social responsibility of young people.
