International Mother Language Day at the Faculty of Law

Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Law Bisenova M. K. and students of group 301 held a thematic event dedicated to the "International Mother Tongue Day" on February 21. This day is a reminder of the importance of linguistic diversity and the role of language in the legal field.
During the meeting, the participants discussed how language influences lawmaking and law enforcement, analyzed interesting examples of legal terms in different languages and their translation features. Of particular interest was the discussion about the role of the native language in the judicial system and the protection of citizens' rights.
There was also an interactive quiz, where students tested their knowledge of language norms in the legislation of different countries.
We thank everyone for their participation and active discussion! Let the native language remain not only a means of communication, but also an instrument of legal culture!
