An international webinar on 'The Road to Europe – Study Abroad Opportunities' was held

On the initiative of Professor Almash Smayylkyzy Seidikenova, Doctor of Philology, Head of the Center for Intercultural Communication and Translation Studies, and invited lecturer at Poitiers University (France), an international webinar titled "The Road to Europe – Study Abroad Opportunities" was held on February 26, 2025, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University’s Department of Diplomatic Translation.

During the event, graduates of the University of Fribourg (Switzerland), Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor A.T. Bakitov, and PhD Dr. A. Skakova shared their experiences. Information was provided on scholarships available for studying in Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, and Hungary. Students who are currently studying or have studied in France also shared their cases. Participants received answers to their questions. Overall, the seminar was rich in information and highly insightful.
