‘Movie Day’ Held at the Department of Diplomatic Translation

On February 22, 2025, the Faculty of International Relations, the Department of “Diplomatic Translation,” held a “Movie Day” event for first-year students of the “Translation in the sphere of International and Legal relations” program. As part of the meeting, students watched the educational film The Interpreter, which allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of the profession of a translator.

The film helped participants realize the importance of translation work, the challenges faced by professionals in this field, and the significance of accuracy and responsibility in working with languages. After the screening, students shared their impressions, discussed key moments of the film, and reflected on the professional skills necessary for their future careers.

The event took place in a warm and engaging atmosphere, fostering professional interest and motivating students to further explore their chosen profession.
