As part of the implementation of UN SDG №4 "Quality Education", the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted the forum "One Day in the Police", which was attended by 3rd year students of the Law Enforcement Department of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. At the event, representatives of law enforcement agencies shared their experiences and talked about the specifics of their work, the legal and ethical aspects of the service. The students were able to ask questions and communicate with professionals, and also took part in workshops where they tried themselves in the roles of an investigator or an operational officer. Special attention was paid to human rights issues and police interaction with society. The Forum has become an excellent opportunity for students to gain a deeper understanding of the real work in law enforcement agencies and expand their knowledge in the field of jurisprudence.
