Lecture Held at the "Q-adam" Student Club

    On March 7, 2025, the Head of the Department of Chinese Studies, Erzhan Kerimbayev, delivered a lecture at the special invitation of the "Q-adam" student club.

     The "Q-adam" philosophical youth educational club was founded recently, but in a short period, it has gained recognition and successfully organized many insightful events. The lecture, titled "Explore the East – Be Amazed!", took place at the Al-Farabi Library.

     During the lecture, the speaker elaborated on the history of Oriental studies, its current state, future prospects, and the history of the Faculty of Oriental Studies. The event attracted great interest from students, including those from different faculties of Kazakh National University and other educational institutions in Almaty.

     At the end of the lecture, the audience asked numerous questions, to which Erzhan Abdirayimovich provided comprehensive and thorough answers.
