Presentation of books written jointly by scientists from Iran and Kazakhstan has been organized by our university

On March 12, a presentation of books prepared within the framework of three-year joint projects of the two countries to study the legacy of Abu Nasr al-Farabi (the Second Teacher), completed in 2023-2025 in accordance with task 1.12. of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan following the official visit of K.K. Tokayev to the Islamic Republic of Iran on June 19, 2022, took place. These books, based on the ideas embedded in the works of the great scientist al-Farabi, were intended to expand relations and the level of mutual understanding between the Iranian and Kazakh peoples. The opening ceremony of the event was attended by the Member of the Board of Al-Farabi, KazNU - Vice-Rector for Social Development, Suatay Sabit Kurmanzhanuly.

The event was attended by Mr. Seyed Ali Moujani, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Habibollah Malakutifar, Director of the Printing House of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Khoshbateni Hossein (Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak), Dr. Karibayev Bereket Bakytzhanuly (Head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan), Kydyr Torali Yedilbayuly (Director of the Islamic Research Institute under the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan), Dzhubatova Bayan Nursultanovna (Director of the Center for Arabic Studies), Center Islam Zhemenei (Director of the Iran-Turan Research), Zubaida Shadkam (Director of the Written Monuments and Spiritual Heritage Research Center), other university scientists who participated in this project, as well the lecturers, PhD and MA students.
