The lecture courses on "Innovative Approaches to Teaching Language and Culture" are ongoing

As part of the CIS initiatives "Quality Education" and "Partnership for Sustainable Development," the Department of Middle Eastern and South Asian Studies organized lecture courses for students of the Arabic Studies program. From March 5 to 26 of this year, invited Egyptian professor Amani Mahmoud Ibrahim delivered another lecture.
During her lecture, Professor Amani discussed both traditional and modern teaching methods, comparing their advantages and disadvantages. She introduced students to a range of innovative approaches that have been successfully applied in foreign language teaching. She shared her experience in using cognitive and communicative methods, curriculum planning, implementing various language games, and integrating artificial intelligence technologies, which she emphasized as having a significant positive impact on language learning.
The lecture was actively attended by faculty members and students of the Arabic Studies program, master's students, as well as undergraduate and graduate students participating in academic mobility programs from universities in Italy and Bangladesh.
