On the eve of the celebration of Nauryz, a social and educational event was held within the walls of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on March 17, 2025 - an open lesson on the topic: "Nauryznama - a new concept.
March 17 - Shanyrak kuni - Shanyrak Day".

This holiday is dedicated to the promotion of family values, such as love, respect, trust, mutual assistance, kindness, understanding, the sanctity of motherhood and procreation.
The speakers were the teaching staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Kalisheva N.Kh. and M.Law. Ondashuly Yernur, who told students of group 304 about the holiday Shanyrak kuni - Shanyrak Day, about the values ​​of family life!

Traditionally, on this day, wedding ceremonies of young people in national costumes are held throughout the country, with blessings from respected aksakals, mothers of many children with wishes of happiness and well-being to the newlyweds. Exemplary married couples congratulate on their golden wedding. Ceremonies honoring families "Altyn shanyrak" and "Kumis kerege", who have lived together for 50 and 25 years, respectively, are held today in all populated areas of the country. In order to form readiness for family life and increase responsibility among students in educational institutions, these events are effective and useful.
Special attention is paid to children on this day. In particular, parents of newborns are presented with memorable gifts "Nauryz-bazarlyk". Also on this day throughout the country various educational, creative, sports events will be organized with the presentation of memorable gifts and national sweets.
Nauryznama is a new concept for celebrating Nauryz.
