Research Seminar: "Turkish-Israeli Relations: History and Modernity"

As part of the international "Orhun" program, supported by the Republic of Turkiye, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is hosting Gunay Feyziyeva, a researcher from the Azerbaijan University of Languages. During her visit, the researcher will present the results of her scientific studies, focusing on the dynamics of Turkish-Israeli relations in historical retrospect and their transformation in the modern era.

The research seminar is organized by the Department of Turkish Studies and the History of Eastern Countries at the Faculty of Oriental Studies. The event will explore key aspects of bilateral relations that influence the political and strategic architecture of the region, as well as issues related to the foreign policy priorities of Turkiye and Israel in the global context.

The seminar will take place on March 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Karasai Batyr Street, 95, Room 546. Researchers, faculty members, students, and anyone interested in international relations and contemporary geopolitical issues are invited to attend!
