Within the framework of the UN SDGs "Partnership for Sustainable Development", a professor of the Department of Chinese Studies conducted an open online lesson for students of the Northwestern Polytechnical University

On March 18, 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of Chinese Studies Fatimabibi Nogaikyzy Daulet conducted an open online lesson for students of the Northwestern Polytechnic University. The lecture was held in an online format on the Tencent platform. The lecture was attended by 134 students from 16 faculties of Northwestern Polytechnic University. An open lesson was held on the subject "Acquaintance with Chinese and foreign literature" on the topic "Literature of the Republic of Kazakhstan: past and present". At the online lecture, Fatimabibi Nogaikyzy spoke in detail about the main 4 stages of the development of Kazakh literature: the ancient and medieval period, modern literature and the peculiarities of the development of modern literature. A great response among international students was caused by the presentation of the work of the great Kazakh poet and educator Abai Kunanbayev, whose work was presented in a comparative context with the ancient Chinese philosopher Confucius. F.N. Daulet is a well-known scholar of Sinology, whose name is known outside of our republic. In his lectures and seminars, the professor widely uses such innovative pedagogical technologies as: information and communication technology, technology for the development of critical thinking, project technology, technology of developmental learning, technology of problem-based learning, case technology, technology of integrated learning, pedagogy of cooperation, competence-oriented and personality-oriented learning. Northwestern Polytechnic University (NPU/NWPU) is one of the major universities in China, whose key profile is education and research in the field of aviation, space and marine engineering.
