National Dress Day at the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism

Nauryz Meiramy is a bright and significant event symbolizing renewal, spring and the unity of nations, and the popularization of national dress among students makes it even more colorful and authentic.

As part of the Nauryznama decade, on March 18, third-year students majoring in Tourism, together with department teachers Akmaral Sapieva and Imanaly Akbar, wearing Kazakh national chapans, camisoles, embroidered dresses and traditional headdresses, not only expressed respect for the cultural heritage, but also attracted the attention of their peers to national dress. Such initiatives contribute to the preservation of traditions, the development of interest in ethnic style and the strengthening of national identity among students.
