A traveling exhibition "Uly dala Tarikhy - ult Tarikhy" has been opened in the museum of al-Farabi Kazakh National University

As part of the celebration of the national holiday "Nauryz Meiramy", the University Museum and the State Historical, Cultural and Natural Museum-Reserve "Tanbaly" organized a traveling exhibition "Uly dala tarikhy - ult tarikhy".
The purpose of this exhibition is to educate highly educated, conscious youth of the country by popularizing the ethnographic history, cultural heritage, traditions and spiritual values of the Kazakh people.
The exhibition features stone fragments with rock carvings and artifacts found in archaeological excavations on the territory of "Tanbaly".
The Tanbaly complex is the first and only monument of rock art in Kazakhstan. The Tanbaly Reserve has the status of a monument of national significance and is a UNESCO cultural heritage site.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the staff of the museum-reserve, headed by Deputy Director for Science Rinat Sharipov Kalimoldauli, 10th grade students of the Almaty Secondary School, co-led by teachers Saule Izenbayeva Baymukhanbetkyzy, Autan Gulsairash, teachers and students of the Historical Faculty of al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
R.K.Sharipov conducted a cognitive tour about the work of the museum and archaeological finds, the petroglyphs of "Tanbaly". A video about the reserve has been produced.
At the end of the event, the students of NIS - Abishev Daulet, Mizanbai Nurtas played the national instrument dombyr kui Kurmangazy and Dauletkerei.
This exhibition runs until the end of the month of Nauryz.
