Within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 1 – No Poverty, as well as SDGs 3 and 8, on March 18, 2025, the academic staff of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University — Doctor of Law N.Kh. Kalisheva and Master of Law E.B. Bazartayeva — conducted an image-building event with the participation of 20 students of Group 308 of the “Jurisprudence” educational program.
As part of the event, the students visited the warehouses and office of the Teplo Foundation, as well as the surrounding area where special clothing donation boxes are installed.

The speakers were T.B. Bidaibekov, President of the Private Fund “Teplo Foundation,” and Alexander Krouman, Development Director of the Fund. They delivered an introductory lecture, presented a slideshow and video about the mission and strategy of the “Teplo” eco-project, and conducted a guided tour of the Foundation’s office located in Esentai Mall, as well as its warehouses.
During the visit, students observed firsthand the Foundation’s activities aimed at providing charitable assistance to people in need and large families. They were introduced to the Foundation’s volunteer activities and invited to join its volunteer team. The mission of the “Teplo” eco-project is broad and multifaceted. The Foundation operates in Almaty, collecting and redistributing clothing to those in need while reducing environmental impact through textile recycling. There are 35 special clothing collection boxes installed across the city.

The Foundation actively promotes sustainable consumption. Participation is possible through clothing donations, corporate cooperation, volunteering, and financial support.
Students positively responded to the invitation to become volunteers and wished the organizers continued success and prosperity for the “Teplo” eco-project.
Such initiatives are highly effective and beneficial for fostering patriotic values among young people, nurturing compassion and empathy, and encouraging meaningful charitable engagement in support of vulnerable communities.
