On March 19, 2025, in honor of the Renewal Day, the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law organized an environmental campaign on the topic of caring for nature. During the event, students of the 108 group of the Faculty of Law implemented an environmental initiative in the Student House No. 18 of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. They planted apple trees and indoor flowers. This event was organized within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) No. 15 "Conservation of terrestrial ecosystems". The main purpose of the event is to increase responsibility for the environment and the formation of environmental awareness.
The initiators of the event were the head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law Kuanalieva G. A. and the curator of the group Bakhmanova K. A. They explained to the students the importance of being useful to society, protecting the environment and caring for nature.
