Lecture on the topic: "Ideological and Thematic Features and Innovation in Soviet - era Literature"

On March 12, 2025, within the framework of SDG 4: "Quality Education," the lecture on the topic:  "Ideological and Thematic Features and Innovation in Soviet-era Literature" was conducted for  the second-year students of "Literary Studies" major. The lecture was conducted by the first-year PhD  student of  "Literary Studies" major  Shyngys Umbetayev under the guidance  of  Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh Literature and Literary Theory of the Faculty of Philology, Head of Pedagogical Practice, Doctor of Philology G.Zh. Bolatova, and Course Lecturer, Doctor of Philology, Professor Ö. Äbdimanuly.  

        The aim  of the lecture was to explore the ideological and thematic features of Soviet-era literature, the history of its formation and development, its research characteristics, and its ideological and content significance.

During the  lecture,  the students not only acquired theoretical knowledge about the different periods of Soviet literature but also learned and practiced the Mind Map technique to enhance their comprehension and retention of information. This method helps develop students' creative abilities. Through group work, they improved their teamwork skills, and by mastering the Mind Map technique, they fostered their creative thinking.
