SDG-4: A fun evening titled «KazNU Studio» was held at our university

On March 28, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the «KazNU Studio» project was held, organized by the «Sunkar» student and postgraduate union of the Faculty of Philology. The guest of the event was theater and film actor Ermek Shynbolatov. He played leading roles in films such as «Dastur» and «Malai» and has also shone on the theater stage. During the meeting, Mr. Shynbolatov shared his experience in the world of theater and cinema, and talked about the challenges and interesting moments he encountered in his creative journey.

Students asked questions about the nuances of acting, life on stage, the process of immersing into a role, and the prospects for the development of Kazakh theater, while also receiving valuable advice. Furthermore, Ermek Shynbolatov discussed important topics such as the differences between theater and cinema and how an actor conveys the inner world of a character to the audience through performance.
