"Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan: New Challenges and Strategies to Overcome Them" held by the School of Politics and Law of Almaty Management University (AlmaU).

On February 28, 2025, as part of the implementation of SDG 16: "Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions," students of the educational program "International Law," together with PhD in Law, Associate Professor A.Zh. Tusupova, took part in the Annual International Round Table "Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan: New Challenges and Strategies to Overcome Them" held by the School of Politics and Law of Almaty Management University (AlmaU). The annual international round table serves as an important platform for active exchange of experience, identifying problematic issues, and finding joint solutions in the field of anti-corruption efforts. Its main goal is to promote a deeper understanding of the nature of corruption and to develop effective mechanisms for its prevention and suppression. The round table was also attended by national and international experts, representatives of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the judiciary, public organizations, as well as members of the professional and academic communities, including students and graduate students studying anti-corruption policy. The participants discussed issues related to the improvement of legislation, law enforcement practices, international experience, and institutional mechanisms for combating corruption.
