🎓 IV International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi Alemi"

On April 4, 2025, the IV International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Farabi Alemi" was held at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
At the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, the conference was held in the format of three breakout sessions: Topical issues of criminal law, Penal Enforcement Law and Criminology Actual problems of criminalistics and forensic examination 🔹 Actual problems of judicial power and criminal procedure Section "Actual problems of judicial power and criminal procedure"
The section was chaired by Doctor of Law, Professor L.S. Bersugurova. The participants focused on such topics as reforming criminal proceedings, legal aspects of ensuring the rights of participants in criminal proceedings and improving the effectiveness of the judicial system. 🧑‍⚖️ The section consisted of: ▪ Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Sharipova A.B. ▪ Candidate of Law, Professor Mukhamadieva G.N. ▪ Executive secretary of the section — Turysbek R.B. The presentations of the participants were distinguished by a high scientific level and were aimed at solving urgent problems of the criminal process and improving the protection of citizens' rights. The discussions highlighted the importance of legal science in ensuring justice and strengthening legal institutions.
