On April 10, 2025, at the Faculty of Law of al-Farabi Kazakh National University, of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law Luchkin K.S., Zhakupbek M.T., Aubakirov E.K., as well as teachers of the department Doctor of Law, Professor Baimakhanova D.M., Doctor of Law, Professor Ibrayeva A.S., Doctor of Law, Professor Ibrayeva A.S., Doctor of Law, Professor J.A. An event dedicated to the International Day of Liberation of Prisoners of Nazi Concentration Camps, as well as the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory Day was held. The undergraduates prepared thematic presentations.
In his speech, student Christian Luchkin revealed the historical aspects, causes of the emergence, development and defeat of fascism in Europe, paying special attention to the adoption in Germany in the 30s of the 20th century of laws consolidating the postulates of fascist ideology, nationalism, the legal basis for the destruction of other peoples and nations other than German. The speaker elaborated on the methods of barbaric extermination of other peoples used by the fascists in the concentration camps they created. Also Luchkin K. He spoke about the peculiarities of the manifestation of fascism and militarism in Asia, using the example of the activities of detachment 731 in China, which committed barbaric crimes against humanity, including cruel experiments on people.
Student M. Zhakupbek in his speech spoke about the course of the Great Patriotic War, about the main battles and battles, about the most important combat operations of the Red Army, especially focusing on the contribution of Kazakhstani heroes to the Victory. Student Aubakirov E. showed in his speech the causes, features and specifics of the emergence of neo-fascism in Europe, in the post-Soviet space. He stressed the importance of combating fascist ideology in the modern world, the importance of countering such terrible phenomena as nationalism, extremism and terrorism in our daily lives.
The students asked the speakers a lot of questions, supplemented them, and talked about their family heroes who participated in the Great Patriotic War. Summing up the presentation, the teachers thanked the students for their presence and participation in the lecture, and expressed the hope that the material would be useful for students to develop their own civic position.
