Faculty members and students participated in an international educational exhibition.

On April 20, 2025, the faculty members and students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, led by the Dean, took part in the second international exhibition titled "Studying in China and Chinese Language Examination in Kazakhstan", held at the Al-Farabi Library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The event was jointly organized by the International Chinese Language Testing Center and the Confucius Institute at Al-Farabi KazNU. The official opening ceremony was attended by Ms. Jiang Wei, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Almaty, and Zhanseit Kanseituly Tuimebayev, Rector and Member of the Board of KazNU.

Following the opening ceremony, the guests of the exhibition had the opportunity to meet with representatives of more than 30 leading universities of China and receive detailed information about academic programs, scholarship opportunities, and the HSK international Chinese language examinations.

This exhibition served as an important platform for students interested in pursuing education in China and contributed to strengthening educational and cultural ties between Kazakhstan and China.
