Starting from April 1, 2025, changes have been made to Order No. 204 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the Rules for Conducting the Unified National Testing", adding a new group of educational programs - "Mathematical and Computer Modeling" (MCM).
This decision confirms the state-level recognition of the "Mathematical and Computer Modeling" specialty, establishes clearer selection criteria for prospective students, and demonstrates the program's full compliance with modern educational standards.
The Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics at al-Farabi Kazakh National University continues to enhance the quality of education in this field. The introduction of this new testing group provides prospective students with additional opportunities to choose this specialty at our university.
