Lecturer of Chinese Studies Invited as Reviewer for Scopus-Indexed Journal

Arystanbek Akylbay, senior lecturer of the Department of Chinese Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, has been invited to serve as a reviewer for the European academic journal Public Policy and Administration, which is indexed in the international Scopus database.

The journal publishes research in the fields of public administration, policy reform, civil service, and governance. To date, Arystanbek Akylbay has already reviewed several articles submitted for publication.

This invitation highlights the lecturer’s recognized academic expertise and professional competence, as well as the growing scholarly potential of the Department of Chinese Studies at KazNU.
