Oxford University Press Seminar-Training

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Mechanics, PhD Balzhan Akhmetova, participated in the seminar “Oxford University Press Academic Platform,” held at the library of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

🔍 The program included:
— Introduction to Oxford Academic Journals, Oxford Scholarship Online, and Oxford Medicine
— A session on “How to Get Published” for an academic audience (in English)
— A talk by Marcin Dembowski, Regional Manager at Oxford University Press

✨ Upon completion of the seminar, she received a certificate confirming her participation. It was a valuable opportunity to deepen her understanding of academic resources and publishing opportunities offered by one of the world’s leading academic publishers.
