Eco Initiative "Clean Spring"

On the eve of the World Environment Day and Ecologist Day (June 5), on the initiative of the UNESCO Chair on Sustainable Development of KazNU named after Al-Farabi, as well as with the active participation of environmental students of the 1st year of the Faculty of Geography and Nature Management was held an action “Clean Spring” within the framework of the national program “Taza Kazakhstan”.

The event was held in Almaty reserve and was aimed at cleaning springs and adjacent territories. The action became an important contribution to the preservation of natural heritage and the formation of environmental responsibility among young people.
