"Day of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

June 4 is an important day for our people, who honor the symbols of the country.  On this day, the state symbols of Kazakhstan were adopted. The sovereign country is recognized as a civilized country, equal to other states on earth, and on June 4, 1992, the state symbols - the flag, coat of arms, and anthem - were approved. By decree of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev, June 4 was designated the "Day of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was adopted by referendum on August 30, 1995. Section 9, consisting of Article 98. Article 9 establishes by constitutional law the description and procedure for the official use of the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the flag, coat of arms, anthem. Article 34 states that everyone is obliged to respect the State symbols of the Republic. State symbols represent a peculiar way of life of a particular country, the uniqueness of the whole existence, special dreams, ideals of communication with others.
The meaning of these sacred signs must be deeply understood and sanctified by every citizen.
