The II International Forum of Academics was held within the framework of the II Central Asia–China Summit

The forum was attended by academicians of the National Academies of Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akylbek Kurishbayev, Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dinara Shcheglova, Executive Vice President of Xi'an Jiaotong University Bi Zhaohong, representatives of ministries and akimats of Almaty, as well as scientists and experts in the field of energy from Central Asia and China, President of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Kanatbek Abdrakhmatov, Vice-President of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan Saidmukum Ibodov and others . We got acquainted with the history and plans of the university. We were impressed by the scale and expositions of the modern university museum.
