International Scientific and Practical Conference "New Horizons for the Development of Constitutional Values in the light of Legal trends, modern Challenges and Global Social Transformation"

At Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law held an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 95th anniversary of academician G.S. Sapargaliyev, Doctor of Law, Professor of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Key issues of legal reforms, the transformation of constitutional principles, and the development of the rule-of-law state in the context of globalization were discussed.
