Students examined the content of each article and discussed the significance of rights and responsibilities in real life. The history of the Constitution’s formation, as well as its goals and functions, were also reviewed.
Additionally, the Constitution of Kazakhstan was compared with the constitutions of other countries. Students discussed the similarities and differences, which helped broaden their legal horizons and familiarize them with international legal norms.
