Al-Farabi KazNU Scholars Actively Participated in the 15th ISAAC International Congress in Astana

From July 21 to 25, 2025, the 15th ISAAC International Congress was successfully held in the capital of Kazakhstan – Astana. This prestigious scientific forum brought together leading researchers from Algeria, Armenia, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Iran, Japan, Pakistan, Spain, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States, who contributed significantly to the advancement of global science through their research.

The faculty members of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University took an active part in the congress. Among them were: Kanguzhin Baltabek, Tokibetov Zhanuzak, Koilyshov Umbetkul, Kusherbayeva Ulbike, Khompysh Kanatbek, Kassenov Syrym, Tileulesova Aigerim.

In addition, young scholars of the department were awarded the prestigious Qalan Science Travel Grant, recognized at the international level. The grant recipients were: Barmagambetov Sagynish, Dosmagulova Karlygash, Uzbekbai Bakhytzhan, Tastankul Ramazan, Yuan Beibei.

This achievement has not only strengthened the scientific potential of the university but also opened new opportunities for young researchers to gain experience within the global academic community. This initiative fully aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4, 9, and 17.

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University will continue to foster international cooperation and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the scientific capacity of young researchers.
