Today, on September 8, 2025, our President, Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev, delivered a clear message aimed at improving the country's social and economic situation. The message included the organization of tax incentives, along with issues related to attracting investments, including in the manufacturing sector and only in non-standard medium-sized investments, and defending the rights of investors. improvement of the manufacturing industry, control over the timely delivery and appropriate use of funds allocated to entrepreneurs engaged in meat and dairy products, as well as improvement of supervision over this work through a unified digital system; solution of issues related to the development of transport logistics, including the creation of a digital program for monitoring transport and cargo through a digital system using AI; focus on the tourism sector, participation of local executive bodies in the development of tourism not only in large tourist destinations, but also in regional attractions; improvement of the legal system, creation of well-functioning development institutions with the adjustment of conflicting legal codes, introduction of a new Tax Code; control over the achievement of social assistance at the right time; reasonable use of AI in the development of culture and art; the topics of nuclear power plant construction and the digitalization of Alatau city have been transparently analyzed, as well as the obligations to the executive bodies in the form of. 
    In today's Address, the President clearly outlined the main directions necessary for our country to be on equal footing with developed and advanced countries in a digital and information society that is developing at the speed of light. In the Address, he instructed to implement the digitalization of management systems and the application of AI in digital form in all sectors of economic importance in order to improve the potential of the population and the state's policies. After listening to the message, the President realized that by mastering digital systems that meet the modern requirements of our country, we are taking clear steps towards a brighter future for our nation through the support of young people.
