Professional Development Program in Tourism for Representatives of Berdakh Karakalpak State University at Al-Farabi KazNU

From September 15 to October 15, 2025, the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism, in cooperation with the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Al-Farabi KazNU, is organizing a professional development program in the field of “Tourism” for representatives of the Faculty of Economics of Berdakh Karakalpak State University (Republic of Uzbekistan).

As part of the program, participants will be introduced to the faculty’s educational and research laboratories, attend classes delivered by the department’s professors, and take part in discussions on cooperation, experience exchange, and prospects for future collaboration.

The extensive expertise of the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism will enable our colleagues from Uzbekistan to gain valuable insights into training specialists of a new generation, understand the specific features of education in tourism and hospitality, and enhance their professional development.
