Meeting with Student Dormitory Supervisors

    September 22, 2025. Today, a joint meeting was held with the supervisors of student dormitories and specialists from the student campus. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the living conditions, level of discipline, and safety in student housing, as well as to coordinate ongoing efforts aimed at creating a comfortable environment for students and to identify future priorities.

    During the meeting, key issues were addressed, including the compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards in dormitories, the functionality and safety of technical equipment, and the readiness of fire safety systems. In addition, topics such as the prevention of student misconduct, monitoring compliance with internal regulations, improving the socio-cultural environment within the dormitories, and increasing the effectiveness of cooperation with student organizations and mentorship groups were thoroughly discussed.

    The meeting also included specific proposals regarding the improvement of cleanliness and landscaping within the student campus, preparation for the autumn-winter season, and enhancing the system for reviewing and responding to requests and suggestions from dormitory residents. Participants emphasized that creating comfortable and safe living conditions for students is a shared responsibility not only of the dormitory supervisors but of the entire student campus team.
