Introduction to International Private Law and the International Civil Procedure of Germany. A Special Case — International Bankruptcy

On October 3, 2025, as part of the educational program, a guest lecture was held by Dr. Alexander Trunk, Professor from Germany and Director of the Institute of Law of Eastern European Countries at Kiel University. The lecture topic was “Introduction to International Private Law and the International Civil Procedure of Germany. A Special Case — International Bankruptcy.”

The event was attended by students and graduate students specializing in International Law. The lecture was distinguished by a high level of theoretical and practical significance, and was both informative and interactive.
