On October 3, 2025, an important meeting was held at the student campus of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, organized by the campus specialists in cooperation with law enforcement officers, focused on the prevention of offenses among boys.
The main goal of the event was to discuss effective methods for preventing offenses among teenagers and students, to foster legal literacy among youth, and to properly shape their role in society. Participants openly exchanged views on the negative impact of offenses on society and their main causes, highlighting the significant role of various parties in addressing this issue, including family upbringing, educational institutions, and public organizations.
During the meeting, law enforcement officers provided comprehensive information about preventive measures, legislative frameworks, and ways to enhance the legal culture of young people. Campus specialists, in turn, emphasized the importance of systematic legal education efforts and expressed their readiness to organize various events aimed at increasing youth legal awareness.
Participants noted the important role of the meeting in identifying effective mechanisms for preventing offenses among youth and expressed the university’s intention to continue and expand work in this area. Furthermore, a general consensus was reached on the necessity of regularly holding such meetings to contribute to the proper development of the younger generation and strengthen their position in society.
