An online event dedicated to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

On October 8, 2025, an online event dedicated to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was held with the participation of the first-year students of the Higher School of Economics and Business.

Paparticipants

The First-year students of the Higher School of Economics and Business;

- English teacher and researcher, A.K. Bakasova, Innovative University of Eurasia;

- Senior Lecturer, PhD, G.B. Kydyrbaeva, KazNPU named after Abai.

During the session,  the students learned about the main areas of the SDGs, discussed their importance for today’s society, and explored possible ways to achieve a sustainable future. The participants were active and shared creative ideas on how these goals can be implemented locally.

The event helped to increase students’ environmental and social awareness and fostered a sense of responsibility for the future of our planet.

It was held under the guidance of teachers of the Department of Foreign Languages: Bekalayeva A.O., Murumbaeva G.A., Orazbekova I.G., Khalenova A.R., Tleugabylova Z.A.
