"Green Energy: Solutions and Proposals"

Today, on October 9 at 15:00, a student event entitled "Green Energy: Solutions and Proposals" was held within the framework of Sustainable Development Goal 7 – Affordable and Clean Energy. The main purpose of the event was to promote environmental awareness and to popularize ideas of environmental protection through the efficient use of energy resources.
During the event, students presented their research on the negative impact of vehicles and transportation on the environment. They discussed urgent ecological issues such as air and water pollution and the increasing amount of carbon dioxide emissions. In addition, students proposed effective solutions, including promoting the use of electric cars, bicycles, and public transport, as well as the broader implementation of alternative energy sources such as wind, solar, and hydropower.
The event was held in an interactive format with discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and small group debates. Each team presented their ideas creatively using slides and video materials. At the end of the event, the best projects were selected, and active participants were awarded certificates of appreciation.
Such events not only enhance students’ environmental literacy but also strengthen their interest in the principles of sustainable development. Overall, this meeting became an informative and educational event that raised young people’s sense of responsibility for protecting the environment.
