Educational session on the topic: "Circumstances excluding administrative liability and grounds for exemption from administrative liability"

On October 7, 2025, at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Associate Professor S. Abdullina from the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, conducted an academic session with students of Group 310 on the topic: «Circumstances excluding administrative liability and grounds for exemption from administrative liability».

The session featured a guest speaker — Police Major Zhumabek Kuanish, who has extensive practical experience in the field of administrative law. She shared real-life cases from the practice of law enforcement agencies, drawing students’ attention to the nuances of qualifying administrative offenses and the specifics of decision-making in administrative cases.
