Open lesson on the topic "Current Issues in Protecting Investors' Rights"

On October 9, 2025, аssistant-professor of the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law at al-Farabi Kazakh National University, K.M. Kozhabek, held an open lesson for students of the Corporate Law specialty on the topic "Current Issues of Protecting Investors' Rights" as part of the SDG (16) initiative, with the participation of renowned scholar and Doctor of Law, Professor K.S. Maulenov. During the open lesson, Professor K.S. Maulenov shared his insights on the current issues of protecting investors' rights, the challenges of creating a favorable investment climate, and the need for legislative improvements. He expressed his opinion on the formation of effective institutions in the context of the development of civil society.
