Meeting with Students: Improving Discipline, Living Conditions, and Quality of Education

On September 17, 2025, a meeting with students was held in Dormitory No. 18 of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The meeting was organized and conducted by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor U.A. Akhatov. During the meeting, issues of student discipline, dormitory regulations, and the favorable conditions created for studying were discussed. In addition, students’ suggestions and opinions were heard.

The event was attended by the university administration, representatives of the Bostandyk District Police Department, the Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Professor G.A. Kuanaliyeva, the teaching staff of this department; the teaching staff of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure, Labor Law, as well as 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Professor G.A. Kuanaliyeva, Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, together with the department’s curators Bakirov Darkhan, Kudaibergenov Amir, and Shapkatova Inkar, visited the students’ rooms, met with first-year students, showed them the favorable conditions and necessary equipment available for studying and living in the dormitory, and explained other essentials.
