A curatorial session on "Time Management and Increasing Productivity" was held at the Department of Middle East and South Asia
On October 15, senior lecturer and curator-adviser of the Department of Middle East and South Asia, A.Zh. Boranbayeva held a curatorial session on the topic "Time Management and Increasing Productivity". Students were given the following advice:
1) Make a to-do list:
- Start with the most important tasks;
- Set specific deadlines;
- Mark completed tasks.
Result: You can limit the number of tasks to avoid burnout.
2) Identify your key tasks:
- Avoid wasting time;
- Save mental resources.
Result: This helps save both time and energy.
3) Don’t take on too many responsibilities:
- Avoid multitasking.
Result: Focusing on one task improves its quality.
4) Be organized:
- Keep your workspace clean;
- Keep your items and clothes in their proper place. Result: The more organized your belongings are, the more orderly your life will be.
