Psychology of Communication: the Art of Listening and Understanding
On October 23, a demonstrative advisory session on the topic “Psychology of Communication: The Art of Listening and Understanding” was held with the 4th-year students majoring in 6B02306 — Literary Studies, led by the group advisor Sh. A. Shortanbai . The purpose of the event was to enhance students’ interpersonal communication culture, develop their listening and understanding skills, and analyze the psychological aspects of interpersonal relations. During the session, participants received information about different types of communication and effective listening techniques. Various interactive situations and discussions were organized. The students shared their thoughts on how listening culture affects the quality of communication, the causes of misunderstanding, and the importance of empathy in interpersonal interaction.
