“Modern Manifestations of Patriotism and Civic Responsibility” with the participation of first-year students

On October 22, 2025, the Department of Far Eastern Studies held an educational event titled “Modern Manifestations of Patriotism and Civic Responsibility” with the participation of first-year students. The main purpose of the event was to foster love for the homeland among young people, enhance civic engagement and social responsibility, and highlight the importance of patriotism in modern society.

During the event, faculty members and students shared their views on the new dimensions of patriotism, the role of civic duty, and public involvement in today’s world. Participants exchanged opinions on the role of youth in Kazakhstani society and their contribution to the country’s development.

At the end of the session, students presented creative projects and essays, expressing their personal civic perspectives. The faculty emphasized that this event served as an important experience contributing to the moral, spiritual, and civic development of the younger generation.
