Al-Farabi Kazakh National University celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Declaration on State Sovereignty
At Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, an international scientific and practical conference titled “The Declaration on State Sovereignty and Modern Kazakhstan: Challenges, Achievements, and the Scope of Sustainable Development” was held, dedicated to Republic Day and the 35th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration on the State Sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This significant event highlighted the importance of this document in the history of the country's independence and focused on discussing pressing issues of Kazakhstan’s legal and political development.
One of the organizers of the conference was the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law.
Such large-scale academic gatherings give new impetus to the development of national legal science and offer young researchers fresh ideas and directions for study.
During the conference, participants discussed the legal foundations of Kazakhstan’s formation and development as a sovereign state, the improvement of state power institutions, the outcomes of constitutional reforms, and new directions for the country’s sustainable development.
