Guest Lecture “DIGITAL BRIDGE 2025 – ASTANA: GENERATIVE NATION” Held at the Graduate School of Public Administration “Әділет” at Al-Farabi KazNU

On October 16, 2025, as part of the implementation of SDG-9 "Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and foster innovation," senior lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Mr. M.E. Saginaev, delivered a guest lecture at the “Adilet” Higher School of Law of Caspian Public University (Almaty) on the topic: "DIGITAL BRIDGE 2025 – ASTANA: GENERATIVE NATION."

Objective of the event: to introduce students to the outcomes of the International Technology Forum Digital Bridge 2025, held in Astana from October 2 to 4, 2025.

Participants: First- and second-year bachelor students from the “Caspian Dream Team” grant program of the “Adilet” Higher School of Law at Caspian Public University (Almaty).

During the event, students were presented with a visual presentation and key information on the forum’s content, participants, and results. The lecturer highlighted the forum’s goals, structure, and several featured startup projects.

Since its inception, Digital Bridge has established itself as a leading technological event in the Eurasian region. The forum’s strategic goal is to position Kazakhstan as a tech hub connecting Europe and Asia and to build a sustainable digital ecosystem capable of exporting innovations and producing globally competitive technology products.
