Educational Tour to the Farabi Library Held as Part of the “Farabi BookWave: University Reader” Project

In October 2025, as part of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 – “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all”, the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized an educational initiative for first-year students.

Senior Lecturer Nurgul Yeleusizova led a group of Law Faculty first-year students on an educational tour to the Farabi Library within the framework of the university-wide project *“Farabi BookWave: University Reader.”

During the visit, students were introduced to the structure and digital capabilities of the library, its learning spaces, and innovative resources designed to enhance access to knowledge. A special focus of the tour was on the rich intellectual heritage of Abu Nasr Al-Farabi —his philosophical worldview, scientific contributions, and relevance to modern human civilization.
